How the Done-Right Guarantee works
If any work performed by Xlectrical isn’t working correctly within 12 months of completion because of our workmanship, call us at 754-289-8993. We’ll come back, diagnose the issue and correct it at no charge for labor.
What’s covered
- Labor and workmanship on repairs and installations performed by Xlectrical
- Return visits needed to correct our work
- Parts we supplied are also covered by their manufacturer’s warranty — we help you with the claim
What’s not covered
- Customer-supplied fixtures, devices or equipment
- Damage caused by misuse, alterations or repairs by others
- Storms, lightning, flooding, power surges and other acts of nature
- Pre-existing conditions outside the approved scope of work
Price-Lock Promise
Before work begins you receive a written price for the approved scope. That is the price you pay. If we discover something that changes the scope, we stop, explain it, and only continue with your approval.
